Since it’s inception in 2002, Red Rocks Rotary has focused on serving the needs of young people in the Verde Valley. This is our 22nd. year of hosting this iconic golf classic - so join in the fun by supporting this event. Allow us to continue funding countless projects and programs including:

Holiday Wish List - an annual gift program sponsoring area elderly and local families in need.  This valuable program shares the Christmas spirit with dozens of people by furnishing clothes, household items and toys provided in partnership with Toys for Tots.

 

Vocational Scholarships to graduating Verde Valley high school seniors that are pursuing a two-year education for their chosen field. Eligible recipients attend either a community college or trade school to secure their training to become nurses, firefighters, pilots, computer technicians, beauticians, electricians and more important careers.

 

Red Rocks Rotary has donated annually to the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). This 3-day camp for high school sophomores builds self-esteem, leadership skills and teamwork. Students that participate in this program call it "life changing".

Internationally, Red Rocks Rotary contributes to the global eradication of polio, Shelter Box (that provides self-contained survival kits for disaster victims), microcredit loans to qualified borrowers in Mexico and clean drinking water in Africa and on the Navajo Nation.

 

The club also prides itself on supporting local schools. The “Teacher of the Year Program” rewards the best teachers in Sedona and encourages them to continue to be great role models for our youth. The club has also provided textbooks, campus enhancements, summer reading programs and more.
